This month’s lineup features:
Warm Japanese chestnut soup and cassis mousse,
Royal milk tea ice cream,
and a hint of sudachi.

This dessert features the gentle sweetness of Japanese chestnuts accented by the tartness of cassis and kiwi, finished with the delicate fragrance of sudachi.

To pair with this,
we recommend a barrel-aged Japanese Muscat Bailey A.
This wine showcases the charm of Muscat Bailey A’s fruitiness and acidity, which sparkle brilliantly against a background of endless gentleness enhanced by the barrel aging.
